In the heart of the Vicenza foothills, in Schiavon (near Bassano del Grappa), the Poli Distillery is an artisanal business founded in 1898 by GioBatta Poli which, for over a century and four generations, has produced grappa and spirits with passion, method, and quality.

Its facilities — the ancient copper still still in operation, the barrique cellars, the adjacent museum — represent a perfect experience for your guests who wish to discover the “behind the scenes” of a Venetian excellence.

WHAT TO SEE AND EXPERIENCE DURING THE VISIT

The grappa museum, where the history of distillation is told, with period objects and testimonies from the Poli family.
The production department: the copper stills, the freshly selected pomace, the artisanal processes that bring grappa to life.
